Scotty's is great! It's part of a gas station/ truck stop, so almost guaranteed to see some interesting characters in there. They used to be open 24/7 too I think.. or open super late at least, close at 9 now which limits the late night shenanigans
Heading up tomorrow with the wifey, she's taking lessons in the morning though so I can head up top, anyone else gonna be there? Blue jacket, obnoxious pants, I'm a trash skiier but decent enough to go most places without eatin shit TOO much :ROFLMAO:
Trains would be awesome, but that's a FAR way away from any reality in the foreseeable future for this country. :(
Would take a massive infrastructure investment and eminent domain use, the type we haven't seen anything remotely close to since I-95 was built.
Reality? Agree with showing up...
Another vote for kincos! The striped blue canvas or neon green nylon backed ones breathe better than the all leather ones, so depends on how cold it is with which ones I go with, can buy 3 for the price of one pair of hestras.
Still rocking the Oakley Crowbars here, and in pretty desperate need of a new pair. Been looking at the Dragons lately, and interested in the D1 and the DX3 but can't figure out what the difference is between the two, anyone know?
Hi all! New to this forum, have a season pass to Gore this year though, but rarely have a chance to get up on the weekends so yesterday was the first day I got to ski the Burnt Ridge/ Ski Bowl area.
Conditions were a little better than I expected actually, but still lots of ice and bare spots...
