My 2cents. You are either growing or shrinking. If the passion is gone and there is a market for a site, sell it. If the number is so low that is not worth it corrupt everything so no one can use your work in the future. I better here about a god damn tractor before you go.

I've changed me attitude over the years. I'm not going to drive 40 minutes cause the place give minutes from my house are a-holes. I know what I need done, call to have it done and that's that. If they do something wrong I call them on it. I would used the Ford dealer work in the Toyota as well.
