Thanks for hosting this forum. I don't think that I can put into words how much it has meant to me, especially during the pandemic. I have referred to it as "The NYS Blog Forum, the source of all information" more than you will ever know.
 
Today was good, yesterday was Birthday Quality greatness

I get a lot out of this place too and much of it practical. There's no question in my mind that I ended up with a better house because of the advice that I got in this forum.

That’s the plan, forecast doesn’t look too good though . Plan B is West for a bit and burn an Indy
