Hey, if these resorts want to make an "unacceptable" business decision that may keep employees and customers safe, more power to them. Its just a day or two, no big deal. Nothing to get all upset about. Unless you're being paid to ski 7days a week. :)

Stupid question: what does waxing do for the skis?

I used to have an 11 minute commute to work. I was extremely spoiled. Now its around 35 mins but im an hour closer to ski areas. I'm a city boy so I think if I lived 2 hours outside the city I get bored. :(

Lake Placid will have a low of -24° on Saturday night. I kinda want to experience that. :)

I regularly drive various Chevy Bolts at work. Mileage is good. Breaking and acceleration does sometimes cause a sense of dizziness, especially if looking to the side. Charging stations are pretty fast.

Maybe Arctic ice melt will eventually cool down our temperatures and bring the snow back. :)
