It was pretty rough early today before it got soft. Wild air skied well after 10 but getting there wasn’t so easy. I think sunway has graduated from beginner to intermediate. Some puddles at the bottom are deeper than they look. Ask me how I know. Tom

I only skied quick silver and twister at the bottom today. Twister is pretty thin in spots. Quick silver had good coverage. Sunway at the top is thin but manageable. There is a lot of snow at the summit. Tom

The mountain skied really well today. Many thanks to the groomers who did an amazing job last night. Tom

I saw a patroller shoveling snow onto wood in this morning. Sunway is a mess by the saddle and wild air. The rest is still ok. The precip was mostly snow and sleet higher up. Tom

Today was likely my best day of the season. Great conditions everywhere. My pick of the day was moxam in the ski bowl. Tom

There are definitely bare spots expanding in size but currently easy to work around. Tom

Gore was good early and got better as it warmed up. Burnt ridge was the puck of the day. Tom

A very nice mellow morning skiing greens and blues with my wife. Excellent conditions. Tom

There have been a few questions posted about next year’s passes. They are now available but to get the best price you need to purchase by 4/30/25. Previously I believe we had until early august. Tom

Pre season prices are cheaper than in season prices. Generally renewing by August gets the lowest price. tom

The gore carpets also have a top and bottom attendant and from what I’ve seen they are very watchful. They also have a bell part way up to space the crowds. At peak usage they generally take an instructor to help with loading. It certainly gets crowded but not at all dangerous. Tom

I don’t know if the other mega companies are any better than vail, but after what happened I can’t imagine why anyone would book a big vacation with them next year. Maybe if bookings go way down they will be forced to treat employees and guests better. Tom

Dark side and north were getting good snow. Maybe 4-5 by noon. Tom

I had a good day today and conditions held up quite well. Cloud by the upper steilhang junction was the only exception. Once away from the base area there were no lines. Burnt ridge and the bowl felt like we had our own private mountain. Tom

I stuck to groomed terrain today and thought everything I skied was in good condition. I didn’t get to the bowl but was told it skied pretty well. Tom

Very good today. Steeper terrain was hard and fast, but edgeable. Blue trails were as good as I’ve seen in a while. Tom

My last run was sleigh ride to wild air around 12:00. That was quite good. North was also good. Tom
