Well if you read all of the posts in this here thread I'd say it depends. But to translate? The sky ain't the only thing big around here....$$$.

That's one I wouldn't mid if it were a HSQ but it's really open to the wind etc. so maybe just a new, fast FG would be better. It's F-in cold man!

Speaking on lifts I'm working in Big Sky this summer and oh my god this place is pimpiddy pimpin on that front. It's nuts.

HS lifts are expensive and costly to maintain. They are also problematic in more extreme weather events.

I haven’t but I have plenty of friends that have. I was always focused on the Inner Basin when we had snow but the cinder cones around Flagstaff are good skiing when we’d have big snow years at 7k.

Woot woot! I’m sitting at the Rendevous bar in town right now about to sip on their top shelf scotch! No skiing or biking for me while in AZ this run.
