    Whiteface Conditions

Amazing day at Whiteface today. Soft bumps everywhere. Snow report says they got 13 inches, but it seemed like more as it snowed all day. Mountain Run was fantastic, but everything skied really well.

Everything skiing great this morning. North Quad running. Most amount of simultaneous snowmaking I have seen this season. Uncas, Hawkeye, and Chatiemac were perfect corduroy first thing. Showcase finally has a proper groom from edge to edge. Cold but not windy.

    Gore Mountain Conditions

Mountain skiing very nicely. Twister, Pine Knot, Hawkeye, and Chatiemac were all excellent early in the day. A lot of snowmaking progress since Monday. Monday was a beautiful bluebird day with great conditions all around the mountain, although snow on the frontside was soft by early afternoon. Tuesday was foggy to start and then cleared up, but snow soft everywhere, and became sticky. Needed to have put some warmer temperature wax on the...

Friday the snow was soft and coverage good most everywhere. Uncas and lower Uncas have great coverage this season. Pine Knot plenty of snow. Hawkeye edgeable. Tahawus/Sleeping Bear very nice. Showcase some pooling water and thin spots. Skiing was good despite the rain, but would imagine a...
