Great day. Heavy snow should help preserve a base. Skied ever run on the high peaks twice a well as Topridge and Uncas. Didn’t get to sagamore which I wanted to do, but lower Darby was still skiing great at the end of my day so lapped that a couple times and called it a day.

Skiing was a bit tuff today. Very foggy and crowded. A bit icy on superstar but edgeable. There is plenty of snow. We didn’t duck any ropes.

Anyone ski Stratton since last week? Website says machine groomed variable conditions.

Still debating Gore or Stratton on Saturday. It’s gonna be cold cold cold cold cold.

We skied yesterday. The rain was pretty soaking. Most left by 11. We went in for lunch early and came back out to a Blizzard. Got cold and windy around 3pm and things firmed up quickly. Solid afternoon.

I stay there at least once per year if there is going to be a dump and want to be closer. Not going to get chocolate on the pillows but for a super 8 it serves the purpose and is clean. Right off the Northway exit so very convenient. From there to the mountain it’s about 25 minutes.

Skied till 1pm today. There is plenty of snow and it flurried in the late morning. Conditions were fast and firm with some death cookies. I think if it was just 5 degrees warmer it would have been really excellent today. Darby woods was open. I’ve never seen it open so we took our chances...

Looks like they are bringing in all the chairs on the ADK. Or do they always do that?
