Middlebury is a fun uncrowded mountain. Make sure the all natural snow backside is open before you go. I think that terrain would be right up your alley.

I don't see any of the affiliated resorts who offer a discount listed on the new website. In particular Middlebury Snow Bowl. Their nordic center is listed but not the Snow Bowl.
