Checked out Wheelerville trails today in Caroga Lake, just north of Royal Mt Ski Area. I was very impressed with the trail system which has some flowy trails, technical trails, and a whole lot of fun!🚵🍁🍂😎👍- Cork

Yes, I was talking to a lift maintenace employee at the Ski Bowl the other day, and he also had said that lift 7 was the next on the list, which I believe is set for next year. Lifts need to be ordered more than a year ahead of time, so I would guess that lift 10 replacement would be in 2026.- Cork

Building a House with Wood
Mold is a very common occurence when using spray foam for an entire home. Whole home ventilation systems add costs as well. Also, there isn't a builder in this area, that would risk giving a "price" for a finished home built from scratch. There's way too many variables with weather, material... -

It was the lower elevations that received the hail as I only had heavy rain at 1375'. I just drove in to North Creek, and all of the low lying areas have rather large piles of hail and the fog was thick!- Cork

Whoa. Killington sold.
I spoke with Mike Solimano last year regarding parking as I had heard that there wouldn't be parking next to the new K 1 lodge when the village was built out and he said that was false. 🤷♂️- Cork
