I'm no lawyer or tax expert but from what I understand all relevant creditors have been properly notified and have been given every opportunity to challenge the tax sale. I think some have tried staving this off by filing challenges and all have been unsuccessful. This has been a long process...

I had a pair of Harts and Olins. At the time I thought hey both were excellent skiis. Would be interesting to try skiing on them now for comparisons sake.

Spring weather in the Adirondacks. NYS Mesonet lows last night: Old Forge -5f, Tupper Lake 2f, Gabriels 1f, Whiteface 4F. Would have been a good 36-48hrs for snowmaking. Hope the storm forecast isn't being overhyped, snow tires did come off last week, looking like it was the right move.

WF was mostly good yesterday. Full spring conditions, good corn up high on Skyward, Niagara and Victoria. Mtn Run was ok, some good corn, some paste and gak though. Also w/o Little WF chair running it was a pita getting to Mtn Run and Wilderness because the racer lift was restricted to racers...

It is misleading and frustrating. Ditto that for racing trails, shows open but not for the general public, only racers but lists those trails as open for trail count.

IMO, as a pass holder for the past 25 yrs, conditions are maybe a little worse than average. But considering the weather this winter I think WF has done a really good job. They could have groomed the whales out on Lower Sky a little sooner for my personal preference. Overall it seems the same...
