After finishing 4 ski days in Banff the season is closed and in the books for me. What a way to end the season - - an absolutely epic day skiing with my wife. Now turning full attention to MTB and soon the aggravation of golf.

Yup Sunshine Village. Amazing place! Despite being a low snow year the conditions are very good. Fortunately they had about 2ft of new snow in the days just prior to our arrival.

"enshittification" Sadly I've had to use that term more and more. Will be fun when they drive all the people/workers from the region that make a ski resort and town possible. The east isn't the rockies.

Good points. I always use the bar. But it's no fun to have an overzealous bar slammer hit you on the head. So when I board I grab the bar immediately to stop any potential bar slammers. Once everyone appears situated I then announce"Ready for the bar?" Then we close it.
