Winter Weather 25/26

Dude I know this. Just trying to have a convo with the Pony.
Got it. The way I read it, in my part of the world, close to GP, the forecast says slightly above normal. That's just not consistent with what I have been experiencing. And, of course, it is only a long range forecast.

I have a 7:45 am farrier appointment tomorrow. My brother gave me some heated gloves, which I will be trying out. It gets chilly when you are standing around in 18 degrees for an hour. ;)

C’mon Harv,
I got a “Thanks!”, from Pony,
and defended ya.

Sheesh.

The nice ski weather should be on the menu again in a bit.
Just gotta try to ride out the wind safely.

Carry on.

You're right. I didn't look at it that closely.

I am just glad that there are no sub zero temperatures in the forecast. That's why my brother gave me the heated gloves. We have had three so far. I don't mind cold. I like snow. My people are from Minnesota, so it's in my blood. ;) Sub zero temperatures with horses and barn chores are just unfun.

Deja-vu groundhog day just moved a bit north with less wind/snow.

This arctic blast is a dang doozy just in time for New Year's Eve.
Be safe. Have fun. Stay warm.

We’ve noticed finger lakes effect/enhancemets in the past before Otisco locks up.
Skaneateles lake doesn’t usually lock up but has.
